This is held in support of ending human trafficking with runners and walkers leaving the church parking lot, heading south, and connecting with the bike trail.  It starts with packet pickup at 8 AM and the actual event  starts at 9 AM.  Please be aware of all foot traffic at that time and help keep participants safe.  If you would like to join us registration and miles will be tracked through the Venture Miles App.  There is a minimum of $30 raised per participant to receive the T-shirt and swag bag.  Visit www.venturemiles.org and search for Team Christ The Rock.  All ages and skill levels are welcome to participate.  Even if you can’t run/walk the 5K, you can donate.  All funds go directly to the cause.  Ending time is an estimate – it ends when the last runner/walker gets to the finish line.
